Coffee will not be authorized for return without pre-approval from a Luwak Cafe customer service agent. Please contact us at (800) 883-3159 to receive pre-approval for any coffee purchased from Luwak Cafe that you feel may be defective. Once you have received prior authorization for return, please mark the shipping box clearly with the authorization information. Returned orders can be sent to the following address:

We will gladly refund you 100% of total purchase if you are not satisfied with the quality of our coffee beans. You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving package in order for us to approve refund no exceptions! If there is concern with quality related to a packaging defect or freshness, please contact us. If the product has been damaged in shipping it is the responsibility of the carrier. We will re ship out same product as long as you cover the shipping costs.
Once your online order is placed it will be processed accordingly. Shortly after your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice. All cancellations must be made directly with a Luwak Cafe representative via email or over the phone. Orders that are processed prior to cancellation are subject $20.00 for shipping cost and 15% processing fee.
Please make sure the “Ship To:” address of your order is accurate, complete, and recognized by your local postal-shipping service as a deliverable address. Orders returned to Luwak Cafe due to an inaccurate or incomplete “Ship To:” address, or abandoned and refused shipments are subject to $20.00 for shipping cost and 15% processing fee.
